Fees
Overview
Project proponents requesting Project Allocation Reports from the JNR Proponents are required to pay a project-specific allocation fee for the allocation over each baseline validity period. The fee is associated with the preparation and allocation of baseline activity data for the requested project area.
Deforestation
The Project Activity Data Allocation fee will be charged per project and will be paid by project proponents.
Flat Fee: USD 10,000 per request plus,
Per hectare in project crediting areas: USD $0.25 per hectare included in a submitted KML amounting to a maximum total cost of USD $150,000 per project, payable at the time of the request.
Area Change Fee: Changes to project areas that have already had activity data allocated incur a USD 500 fee per request plus USD 0.25 per previously unallocated hectare (with a maximum 20% change in total area).

For approved requests, JNR Proponents will issue an invoice specifying the fee associated with the allocation of the requested activity data.
Payment Process
The payment process consists of the following steps:
Step 1. Submit a PARD Request
Step 2. Request Review
- CODECHOCO reviews the request to verify eligibility, confirm the project area is within the jurisdiction, assess potential overlaps with other allocated project areas, and confirm compliance with applicable program requirements..
Step 3. Invoice Issuance
For approved requests, CODECHOCO issues an invoice to the billing contact provided in the request.
The invoice specifies the fee associated with the allocation of the requested activity data.
Step 4. Payment
The requester completes payment according to the instructions provided in the invoice.
Processing of the request proceeds only after payment has been received and confirmed.
Step 5. Delivery of Activity Data
- Once payment has been confirmed, CODECHOCO prepares and delivers the requested activity data corresponding to the submitted project area.
Additional Information
If project boundaries are altered during validation or registration, the project proponent must request a new Activity Data Baseline Allocation using the corrected project area. CODECHOCO may issue a revised Activity Data Baseline Allocation Report, which must be used to correct baseline greenhouse gas emissions.
